The refinery which is situated on approximately 2,635 hectares of land in the Ibeju Lekki area of Lagos State, was commissioned on Monday, 22nd May 2023. It has a capacity to produce 650,000 barrels per day given that it is the largest oil refinery in Africa and world¡¯s biggest single-train facility.
