Therefore, the proposed cold screw press protocol demonstrated the capability to replicate the industrial cold press oil extraction and meal recovery process. Consequently, this protocol can be proposed as a robust tool for the compositional and coproduct yield assessment of novel soybean varieties with small batches, facilitating precise qualitative and quantitative analyses.
