Sunflower Oil Production Line Was Set Successfully In Uzbekistan
The sunflower oil production line is tailored to the sunflower oil produced by our customers. The oil production line produced by our company can also press different types of oil seeds such as peanut, sunflower seed, cottonseed, coconut, maize germ, soybean, rapeseed, sesame seed, grape seed, rice bran, castor seed, mustard seed etc.
The oil is extracted directly from the sunflower seeds by a screw type oil press machine. Sunflower seeds are cold-pressed (or hot pressed) at a certain temperatures, and the protein-rich cake that remains after the seeds are processed into oil is used as animal feed, retaining 99% of the nutrients in sunflower oil without the use of chemical solvents.
Sunflower Oil Mill Plant
The sunflower seed contains 35 – 40 % oil content and double pressing is required to extract maximum oil, 9 – 11 % residual oil is left in the sunflower meal which is an excellent source of Animal Feed. The Sunflower Seeds are conditioned using Steam in a Vertical Cooking Kettle. The conditioned sunflower seeds are fed into the chamber.
